2. Services & Health Disclosure

  • We provide head spa treatments, scalp analysis, beauty services, and retail products.

  • Inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or pregnancy before booking.

  • Patch tests may be required for certain treatments (e.g., dyes). Refusal waives liability.

  • Results vary by individual; no guaranteed outcomes.

3. Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations

  • Bookings: Made via our website, phone, or in person.

  • Deposits: May be required for certain services.

  • Rescheduling: Allowed up to 24 hours before appointment.

  • Cancellations:
    • ≥24 hrs notice: Deposit transferable or refundable (fees may apply).
    • <24 hrs or no-show: Deposit forfeited; up to 100% fee may apply.

  • Late Arrival: More than 15 mins late may result in shortened service or cancellation.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices include GST and may change without notice.

  • A deposit may be required, with full payment due before or on the day of service.

  • Accepted methods: Cash, EFTPOS, major cards, PayID, Bank Transfer

5. Products & Returns

  • Returns:
    • Unopened products: Return within 14 days with receipt.
    • Faulty products: Refund/replace under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Return shipping is your responsibility unless product is faulty.

6. Gift Cards & Vouchers

  • Valid for 1 year from purchase.

  • Not redeemable for cash.

  • Lost/stolen cards cannot be replaced.

7. Conduct & Safety

  • We reserve the right to refuse service for inappropriate behaviour.

  • Children must be supervised.

  • We may decline service for contagious conditions (e.g., head lice).

8. Liability

  • Services are cosmetic/wellness, not medical.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  • Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
